Amina Deble is the owner of Oasis Mediterranean Grill in Cedar-Riverside. Amina came to the United States over 25 years ago after fleeing war in Somalia. She has raised six kids in Minneapolis. Amina joins Mariam Mohamed, the owner of Hoyo Sambusa, as a vendor at the Minnesota State Fair. They sell sambusas and Somali street fries!
